	I am looking for metrics to confirm that the cost of obtaining higher
SEI levels are cost effective.  I am asking for either references or E-mail
of metrics collected.  I am not interested in any cost effectiveness due
to marketing (ex. We can do the best job because our software process is
at SEI level N).  I hope to get some good numbers because the division I
belong to is trying to make a major equipment purchase against some (small
but vocal) opposition that the cost will never be recovered, etc.
