I have a ISC System V.3.2 2.0.2 system with AT&T's Documentors
Workbench 2.0.

While installing xtroff, the documentation in xtroff mentioned
makedev would be necessary setup the fonts.

I've also run into this missing 'makedev' problem before.

Where does makedev come from?  Is there a public domain version
of it somewhere?  Where isn't it mentioned in my DWB2.0?
