Using Snap, you select the filename, toggle back to the |> comm program, and paste it in. Using SNAP on my machine (A2500/30) and JRComm gurus it everytime. All I need to do is start a snap (cut or paste) by holding the amiga key and clicking the mouse button - GURU! Also, Why does JRCOMM not provide a proper terminal identification string as a result of SET TERM/INQUIRE on VMS? I get "unrecognized terminal type" and have to type SET TERM/DEV=VT100 manually. I have VT100 selected in the setup menu. This is JRCOMM V1.01 -- W. John Guineau grep meaning life | more Digital Equipment Corporation guineau@wjg.enet.dec.com or wjg@wpi.wpi.edu
