I'm sure these issues have been discussed piecemeal before, but it would
be nice to have the official line on all this in one place.

	1) Will the new 2.0 software run on an Amiga without the
	   Enhanced Chip Set, or to upgrade an A2000/A2500 system
	   will one need to purchase both the ECS and the 2.0
	   System disk and ROMS?
	2) What effect will the ECS in a 2000-class machine have on
	   ancient MicroWay flickerFixers.  Could the new modes damage
	   the FFs, or will modes the FF doesn't understand simply
	   get passed along?  Specifically, I'm wondering if I'll need
	     a) ECS
	     b) 2.0 ROMS and software
	     c) A new flickerFixer
	   to run 2.0?  Option "c" doesn't look too attractive right now
	   because of the dearth of alternative flickerFixers available
	   since Commodore's seems to have bugs.  And it costs money.
