Hiya.

Recently, after using PKAzip, and seeing the UNIX-style listing of files
(date, protection bits, etc. (ie rwed----- etc.)) available, and seeing
various mentions of such a thing in the amiga groups, I went to my AmigaDOS
book from Abacus and began reading.

I came out with no idea on how to obtain this kind of listing, even with
the dir OPT <option> stuff, so:

How do I do it ? It's a bit of a kludge to use PKAzip everytime I want to
see a file SIZE, or DATE, or BITS set y'know....

Anyone ? And did I miss anything ?

I'm going to d/l SKsh right after I post this, so that'll help some, but
I _do_ want to find out...
