	I've got a howto_setup.nr file that is supposed to be printed using
	the command,   nroff howto_setup.nr   .  It seems that Apollo
	SR10.2 Unix BSD 4.2 does not have this command.  Is there an 
	alternative method to print the file.

	I realize that I can print the file "as is" with the control 
	characters.  This won't be pleasing to the eye to read, but better 
	better than nothing.
