I double checked with R&D in Chelmsford, looks like they're not prepared to support SPE on 400 Domain/OS platforms. PSK7 and PSK8 dont include any enhancements for SPE 2.1 or later. The reason I doubled checked this was because of GPIO. GPIO v10.3.1 will provide support for the EISA bus on 4xxxs machines equipped with the optional EISA bus adapter card. Also, GPIO 10.3.1 requires PSK8 for writing EISA bus drivers. GPIO should be shipped around March 1991, unsure about PSK8 distribution. Sorry about all the confusion. Good Bye from Down Under...
