   Bruce,
          I believe the latest P8 is 1.9 and I know the BASIC.SYSTEM I have is
 v 1.4.  I don't remember if a new version came out with P8v1.9. Also, going 
along with previous messages, get it from apple.com, GEnie, AOL if you can. 
Liscencing agreements forbid the posting of System software without approval 
and possibly a fee? I'm sure about the approval from Apple.
