A while back I posted a request for info on how to inexpensively replace
the motherboard in my Apple //c.  My friendly neighborhood official Apple
dealership told me they'd do it for $400.

But a friendly netter gave me the address of a place in New Jersey called
Arminius Publications and Products that performs that little operation
for $100, postage included.  I sent them my computer, and they had it back
to me, good as new, within a week!  Excellent service.

To the poster who sent me that info -- THANKS!  You saved me quite a few
bucks.  I would thank you "personally" by e-mail, but I lost your address.
Sorry.

To anyone else whose //c has lost its oomph -- I'll be happy to send you
Arminius' address.
