Lines: 17 Could I hear from some of you who have successfully brought up PC-Ditto II on your hard disk? I have a Syquest drive, Tos 1.4, and a Mega-2. I just got PC-Ditto II going, and formatted the C partition (about 5 meg) and can read/ write files from MS-Dos. I put a boot on the hard disk, and everything looks fine, but when I start PCD-II, it first identifies my hard disk, says put in a floppy or it will boot from the hard disk. If I don't put in a floppy, it momentarily hits the hard disk then gives me the non-system disk error. Should I mention that I'm using MS-DOS 3.1? I'm going to try a more recent version of MS-DOS to see if that helps. Oh, and by the way, when I go back to TOS, the ST doesn't seem to see the files that MS-DOS put on partition C. I thought they could both go there! Someone who has some experience here, please email me as this may be of only minor interest to the rest of the net. (And thank you very much in advance.) bcc@eyring.com uunet!lanai!bcc
