SO FEW POSTINGS ABOUT UPLOADS ??? I hate downloading something, only to find it is useful, but not to me. Sure, it would be fine if there was an up-to-date INDEX on the archive, but why not make information more rapidly available? To avoid being a hippicrit, here's my main stuff: games/strabble.arc The Scrabble game. MONO only, 1Meg. (120K .PRG, 360K dictionary, 20K RSC) Very High quality GEM INTERFACE. 45000 word dictionary. Very hard to beat COMPUTER OPPONENTS. Novice computer opponents too. You can search dictionary, WITH WILDCARDS. Load / Save games. I've written a colour version now, but I haven't had time to upload it, mail me if interested. games/puzzler.arc Collection of 7 single player puzzles. Supplied as .ACC and .PRG (.ACC uses 100K of memory though!!) 1. Flipper (Super INVERT, al la gemini.arc) 2. Tic-Tac-Toe (Classic, only for completeness 3. NIM (Another classic, take matches) 4. Pyramid (Very hard to beat) 5. Jumper (Solitaire on a triangular board) 6. Memory (Match pairs of pictures) 7. Slider (Get the letters A to Z in order) + Adjustment dialog to change games slightly + Info dialog + Quit button (waving hand) Okay, so some people HATE Scrabble, I love it. STrabble is one game I play a lot. Be prepared to have a dictionary handy! The Puzzles are fun to use for a while, eventually you'll take it off the desk menu though.
