If I invoke a program from it that doesn't do the same number of "show mouse" and "hide mouse" operations, either because it's ill-behaved or it crashed, the mouse is screwed up when I get back to my sub-desktop. I've tried lots of things with GrafMouse, VDI and LineA to get the mouse cursor back to exactly zero "show mouse" / "hide mouse" parity. Nothing seems to work. (Yes, I think I've set the VDI / LineA argument that says "set hide mouse count to zero" correctly.) How does the desktop do it? Thanks in advance for any information you're able to give me.
