Ah, somebody else has this problem!  I only solve it temporarily by
recopying LC.prg from a floppy again.  Guess it's time to contact
Gribnif.  I also have problems occasionally, when dragging files to
arcgshl (I'm still looking into what is being done by Neodesk Ranier...
