A while back someone posted that they were not able to get a
written response from Talon Technology in conjunction with a
support question.  I posted that I had written to them as
well and had not heard a response.  Well, in the January 1991
ST Informer, someone named Jim Leach wrote in the Letters
section that he had written to Talon and had not received a
response in a month's time.  No one else has posted to the net
positively or negatively about their experiences, so I thought
I'd try one more time...has Talon responded to anyone's
question via mail?...They still haven't responded to mine.
