VR260 repair assistance needed.  

The horizontal output transistor blows after about
1/2 hour of operation.  We have sprung for a 
repacement board from DEC, but it too blows the
horizontal output transistor after a 1/2 hour or so. 

There is not too much else in the vr260 box.  ANy
ideas?  Thanks.
