I am having difficulty installing the NCSA 2.3 software on
a Mac IIcx.  I just recently acquired the package and am new
to MacTCP.  I followed the documentation to install the
software and hardware, but when I launch the program I get the
message:

	New Dialog:
            Unable to open Resolver.
	    <QUIT>

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have used various
telnet/ftp packages before on PCs and UNIX systems.  This is
the first time that I have tried to use it on a Macintosh.
