TCP/Connect II v1.0.5 (the currently shipping version) now supports POP3.
I am running "popper" from the University of California at Berkeley,
which worked on the first try.  It can be FTP'd from, among other places,
uunet.uu.net.

This may be also fixed in 1.0.5, which has had several news bug fixes.
Also, I have found that increasing the memory partition for MultiFinder
can help if you are reading really high-volume groups.

BTW, you can always call (or fax) InterCon's technical support group
about these sorts of problems...
