I hope that this doesn't sound like too dumb a question, but I already looked for
a FAQ post and couldn't find one.

Is it possible for a stock SE30 internal floppy to read, write, and format
a floppy 3 1/2" diskette in IBM 720K format?  This would make some file
transfers much easier.

If so, what software would allow me to do so and where is it available?
