Any suggestions for tutorial books introducing Hypercard scripting to
the computer novice?

My bright 11 year old is interested in programming (games and the like)
and has already taught herself some rudimentaries, such as linked
buttons.  I would like her to get a good exposure to programming
principles to prevent bad habits. Any books come to mind?

Pardon me if this topic has been discussed before.
