I'm looking for an init that slows down the MacII scrolling (sometimes clicking on a scroll bar's arrow causes multiple pages to scroll by when only *1* was desired). Can some kind soul direct me to this init? (I was just poking around on sumex and didn't see anything that sounded like it.)
