Lines: 20 Well, so far several of the postings responding to this article have been of the tone: I've heard this before, please don't post anything to the net on this, and then they are usually followed by an inarticulate reference like: this was discussed on the net somewhere, but I don't remember where. I would appreciate it if such posters could be more accurate in their references. What issue of Academic Computing (MacWorld) was this in? What pages? These are the questions my librarian will ask me. Unless you provide this information, or express an opinion that directly relates to the subject, you are generating "net noise", not me. I'm sorry if this sounds a little 'snippy' but as fellow Mac users I think you can appreciate the fact that I am harassed daily by "DOS-holes" and this article (which is recent; 2/3/91) is part of the ammunition. Your opinions and information are greatly appreciated. brucec {ucbvax,decvax,ihnp4,allegra,uw-beaver}!tektronix!tekgen!brucec
