I don't have ftp, but uunet will ftp it for me if I give them the explicit info. Thanks. Also, I missed out on the News that went around awhile ago. If someone has a useful blurb describing the Mac GCC, could you send it to me? I'm looking for answers to questions like: * How much disk/RAM/CPU is needed to even think of using it? * How much disk/RAM/CPU is needed to avoid losing one's sanity while waiting on a compile? * Is the MPW environment (linker, assembler, etc.) needed to use GCC? * Is MPW C needed to make/bootstrap GCC or is there a binary in the distribution? * Does Mac GCC provide full or any access to the Mac Toolbox? (I.e. can it be used as the sole compiler to make a Mac application?) Thanks again. -- -- Patrick Logan, uunet!mntgfx!plogan -or- plogan@dad.mentor.com Mentor Graphics Corp. 8500 SW Creekside, Beaverton, Oregon 97005-7191
