Message-ID: <1991Feb6.082428.765@rwthbs.uucp> Date: 6 Feb 91 08:24:28 GMT Reply-To: hls@rwthbs.UUCP (Hans-Ludwig Stahl) Organization: Lehrstuhl fuer Betriebssysteme, RWTH Aachen Lines: 15 We are trying to write a NW application (we got a Novell Net based on Token Ring and Ethernet/TCP/IP) that opens a message pipe to another station in the net. There is a Novell function for this: OpenMessagePipe(). Under NW 2.15 and below, a replyvalue of 0 (0x00) inicates a pipe that is open in both directions. But under NW 3.X it seems that the value 0 is replied if the pipe is open in only one direction. Has there anything changed with the message pipes in NW 3.x ???
