All it takes is a flip of a switch with a manual serial a/b box. To me a more important point: She can ave RAM and annoying error messages upon bootup if she puts the mouse.sys file, etc., in a batch file, to be executed only when she wants to "mouse around." Free up 20-30k. BTW: I've been thinking about loading my command.com into a ram disk in that extra 128k of memory -- again free up some RAM, cut down on hard drive i/o, etc. I saw some statements to be put into an autoexec, or maybe config.sys, once upon a time, that would move command.com into a ram disk.
