  I've got the unix tex 3.0 distribution source, but after skimming
  through the TeXdoc directory and the Man-pages directory, I have
  no idea what tex 3.0 is, how it differs from the tex82 I've been
  using, or why I should even install it (well, I imagine it's been
  tuned up, but what else?)  Can anyone give me a brief description of
  what's different, especially as seen by the end user?  Or is there
  some documentation somewhere that I don't know about?  Thanks
  a lot.
