Dunno, but *if* the actions to be forced need only occur on accounts with the Bourne, C, or Korn shells as login shells, the Bourne and Korn shells have supported "/etc/profile" since S5"R1" and the C shell in S5R4 also supports an equivalent (I don't remember what its name is, and I think they forgot to document it). ("Bash" also supports "/etc/profile".)
