Can some one point out a good ftp site that has utilities to help
maintain mailing list?  Currently, we are using VMS and distribution
lists, but keeping them current of email address is becomming a major
chore.  Does anyone know of a good mailing list program?  It would be
great if there was one that had maintainance utilities with it...
