It also fixes several of the annoying aspects of the standard comm drivers having to do with comm port addresses and "who's go the comm port". It is available from Bio-Engineering Research Labs. Their address is: 2831 7th St. Berkeley, CA 94710. Phone # (415) 540-8080. 57.6k, completely backward compatible, addresses issues related to needing SETCOM for use with COM3 and COM4. Virtualizes 16550 for DOS apps running in Enhanced mode. Cost $22.95. Works even on 286 and no characters are lost at high speeds.
