I'd like to know if theres a commercial/pd/shareware program capable
of converting Windows 3.0 PaintBrush images (PCX or PMB) to OS/2
1.2 bitmaps.  It doesn't matter whether it runs on Windows, OS/2 or DOS.

I'd also be interested in a Presentation Manager ClipBoard program,
a same kind of utility that comes with Windows.
