Is there a discussion group concerned with Microsoft C (in my case, 6.0)?  The
issues I wish to raise are not specifically Windows programming related, but
rather to do with customizing the PWB, suspected bugs, nits, etc.  Should I
just dive into comp.lang.c with the rest?
