This is pretty strange.  I just switched to an 8514/A system and now
when I use WinExec() from a Windows program the DOS screen is blue
with a green border... the border obscures some text.  Very annoying,
and very weird!  Anyone know why?  Is there a workaround other than
putting DOS commands/programs into a batch file that first does a
"mode co80" or some such?
