Is it possible to change the label given to an XV frame after the frame
has been created.  If so how do I do it.  I've tried xv_set(Frame, FRAME_LABEL,
NewString, NULL) but it doesn't take appear to work.  Do I have to force the
update by some kind of flush?  If so what call?
