Briefly: yes, but it may not be much help to know that. I have seen two things that can reasonably be called "NexT and 11R4 X". One is my port, which is free but presently works only under 1.0. The other is something Pencom was showing off at this year's X conference, but from talking with them I get the impression they are a good ways from being ready to ship. (I may have gotten that wrong; if so, I'm sure they'll correct me.) For mine, ftp to 132.206.1.1, cd to X/XNeXT, and get one of the "distribution" files.
