According to the olwm window manager, some clients will require
setting a resource in OpenWindows.
	OpenWindows.FocusLenience:	True
The claim is that ICCCM requires clients to place input focus 
item in WM_HINTS, and that R3 and earlier tended not to.
This shouldn't be an issue with Motif, but it turns out that if 
my window doesn't have a text widget, none of the text traversal
and keyboard accelerators work.  If it does, they do.

What gives?  And does anyone have a fix?
