I have a couple of questions regarding customization of the 
standard motif file selector.

Does anyone know how to unmanage the "Filter" button.  The name
of the Cancel and Help buttons (XmDIALOG_HELP_BUTTON) are well 
documented, but I was unable to find the motif name for the 
filter button.

Also, does anyone know how to get the file selector to start at
some place other than the current working directory.  My experiments
with the XmNdirectory, XmNdirMask resources have been futile so far.
