      September 1990 saw the debut of America's Disability Channel -- the
nation's only cable television network presenting public service,
educational and entertainment programming, provided for and by people with
disabilities.

      The new channel is encouraging those who are aware of the programming
to write and let them know what they would like to see.  If the channel is
not available in your area, please contact your local cable system and
request they carry America's Disability Channel.
