MCM Electronics at 1-800-543-4330 sells an "Auto Paging Alarm System" for about $50. It includes a transmitter and a pocket receiver. It has some alarm inputs, and will interface to an included shock sensor. I have one that I'm going to use a with an alarm I'm building.
