Ms. Magazine has written an EXCELLENT article on Women and AIDS in the
latest issue.  However, the article states that bisexual men are
responsible for putting women at risk for HIV infection.  This
attitude is dangerous and mistaken since it is not sexual orientation
that puts one at risk for AIDS.  Bi's in Action, a working group of
Queer Nation/Boston, is asking people to write to Ms. magazine at:
Letters to the editor, 'Ms.' One Times Square, New York, NY, 10001.
and tell them that it is not someone's sexual orientation or that of
their partners that puts someone at risk for HIV infection but rather
sexual practices and the lack of safer sex, and that it is biphobic to
try to put the blame for women getting AIDS on bisexual men.
