God the Father is the Current Action. God the Holy Spirit is the magnetic force field resulting from the current flow of God the Father to fulfill the Potential of God the Son. Maxwell realized that neither the electric potential nor the magnetic field could exist alone in free space, but that coupled waves, travelling at the speed of light can. The electric potential and magnetic action pouring into one another, over and over into infinity. Consider: Light is electromagnetic energy of this kind.
