The problem with this is that there are enough yahoos in the country who think that anything is permissable in war, and would probably vote for Bush for having the insanity to even consider using the bomb. I think if Bush used nukes and it didn't escalate into a holocaust, he'd be elected with 65-75% of the vote. Remember, this is the country that elected RR. Many said that such an action would eventually lead to war.
