Could anyone suggest a reference for food composition tables in Scandinavia
or Northwest Europe?  I need something like the UN or US Agri Dept publishes
but more specific to the area I'm investigating.  Also, while I'm at it, is
there any way to estimate protein content of an extinct animal?  Yes, this is
