Anyone know where to get the binary for a more recent version of
gawk than what I have (1.03), preferably 2.11?  I have source 
for 2.11 plus some pc-compatibility code for 2.10, but would 
prefer to avoid messing about with it, if possible, especially 
if someone else has already done so.
