I bascially need an editor that can spit out C program fragments for use in another program. You can do it with my Painter's Apprentice program. As of the first of this year, it's no longer shareware. I haven't done a release yet, but it'll be RSN. It edits bitmaps (B/W, no color) in MacPaint format, PCX format, and yes, X11 format. When it's ready (should be no longer than a couple of weeks -- I just today got out the 8.x packet drivers), I'll announce it to this list. -- --russ I'm proud to be a humble Quaker.
