Is there any commercial or shareware drivers to convert expanded memory
into EXTENDED Memory ?

I have an XT Motherboard with Microsoft MACH20 (80286 enhancement board)
and 2 meg Bocaram XT expanded memory card.  I would like to run
Microsoft Windows 3.0 in standard mode.

I would appreciate any information in this regard.
