I would appreciate pointers to software  dealing with 2 
diskette tasks.  I would like to read:
1) Arbitrary track/sector in non-DOS 5 1/4 720K 
   floppy format.

2) Arbitrary track/sector in non-DOS 3 1/2 720K/1.44M
   floppy format.


Ideally this would be a function in C.

I have Award bios.  Is this a problem in either case?
