I am looking for a book on compilers that is currently out of print.
The author's last name is Calingaert, and the full title is "Assemblers,
Compilers and Program Translation" by Computer Science Press, I believe the
2nd edition.  If you have one to sell, or know of a really good bookstore that
might have it and would mail it to me, let me know.
