Apparently, the PUC discovered that US West has been offering Caller ID to certain business customers on an individual case basis. CW reports the the PUC has asked that US West stipulate that customers use Caller ID for internal calls only, until the investigation is complete. (Stipulate? C'mon now. What is US West going to do?
