(setq-default truncate-lines t) ; set for horizontal scrolling

Is there any way to make Emacs scroll horizontally automatically? That
is, if I move my cursor past the end of the line (using any command)
the screen scrolls horizotally automatically.

Is it possible to have a lisp function hook variable attached to the
movement commands somehow?
