Spring 1990 which had a two-page spread of 150+ families. Curiously Courier wasn't mentioned (and Adobe has updated the endings of its strokes anyway). The only monospaced fonts I could discern were: Letter Gothic, Orator, OCR-A etc and Prestige Elite all the Adobe font renditions are of course commercial products, and priced at levels I am not going to spend; I would buy 6 of their fonts (my choice) if the cost was around $200.
