I'm not sure if this is the best group to post this in, but here goes
... does anyone have any strong thoughts on which inexpensive (hopefully
under $200) hand-scanner/OCR package for MS-DOS computers is the best?
I'd be scanning photos, drawings, you name it.

Probably I should just go to the library and see if I can find a back
issue of PC Magazine that reviews such things.
